Custom Web Application Overview
The client required a web presence for his company. Excalibur Technology's Web Department
converted their initial design and functional requirements into a fully functional
custom web-based application. This custom web application allowed the client
the ability to create a private document repository to which they could upload PDF document or
create a new document via a web-based editor that would be viewable to their registered clients.
The custom web solution provided the administrator with a password protected back-end where user
access requests could be approved or denied. In either case, the admin had the option of sending
the user requesting access a customized email message from within the web application. Additionally,
the administrator has the ability to manually add / edit / or remove users in the system.
